EA FC 26 Meta Rating Update ❄️ – Key Playstyle Adjustments After the Winter Update

With the recent EA FC 26 Winter Update ❄️, gameplay has shifted in ways that noticeably affect both attacking efficiency and goalkeeper performance.
To keep our system aligned with the evolving FC 26 meta, we've updated the EasySBC Meta Rating to better reflect how certain Playstyles are performing post-patch 🔄.

Goalkeeper Playstyle Update 🧤

The Winter Update reduced the effectiveness of manual goalkeeper movement, which has increased the importance of Playstyles that help keepers respond more reliably to Finesse shots.
Because of this shift, the Far Reach Playstyle now carries greater influence in the current meta.

Attacking Playstyle Update ⚽🔥

With keepers being less effective at manual adjustments, Finesse shots are performing much better across a wide range of attacking situations,
As a result, the Finesse Playstyle now holds increased value for CAM, RM, LM, RW, LW and ST roles that did not already have it highly rated.

These adjustments ensure the EasySBC Meta Rating stays the number 1, most accurate and up-to-date with the evolving EA FC 26 meta.
